HIGH MAGNESIUM CONTENT ALLOYS
Metalloy NiMag Alloys Manufactured using a range of selected raw materials including magnesium [typically 16%] to maximise efficiency and to limit flare.
Metalloy NiMSil Alloys Specifically manufactured to include an effective 30% Silicon to assist with innoculation during the process Deoxidation, Desulpurisation and Nodularisation.
Metalloy FeNiMag Alloys Carefully formulated to include high grade Iron, to reduce Nickel content and cost, yet maintain slow Magnesium release and high Alloy density.
LOW FUME ALLOYS
Metalloy FeNiMag 4 A relatively new product designed to maximise Alloy density to greater than that of the melt and ensure controlled release of magnesium into the bottom of a ladle to induce nodularisation. It is also used to prevent fade, should pouring be delayed.
Metalloy 95/5 Alloys High Nickel and tightly controlled Magnesium containing Alloys designed for those melts requiring high Nickel concentrations and virtually no visible fume.
Metalloy NiCal Alloys The active ingredient of Magnesium is replaced by Calcium, considered to be one of the best Desulphurisers and Deoxidisers, offering a calm treatment and minimum fume.
SPECIAL ALLOYS
Metalloy CuMag Alloys Specialised Copper Master Alloy used in the manufacturing of Copper tolerant Nodular Irons and in particular compacted Graphite.
Metalloy Ferro Nickel Shot or Pellets Low melting point form of unwrough Nickel produced as a Shot for Shot Blast or in a Pellet shape for ladle addition of Nickel.
